This course provides a unique perspective to ethics by melding a medical consideration with the rules of law. The Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act, ADAAA, is now added as it is an integral part of representation and reflects today’s aging and disabled consumers that walk through the doors of our courtrooms seeking justice. Ethics is analyzed to focus the participant’s prior knowledge and opinion. Current vocabulary from studies on ethics is used and defined to acknowledge ethical attachments which exemplify and support consideration of their use. And, the course provides helpful points to making an ethical decision including recognizing, coping, and dealing with bullying of any participants in the justice system. For the evaluations, participants are given objectives to seek within the cases. Guidance is provided to find desired target information which they then define, describe, identity, know, label, list, name, recognize, select, or state as requested.
